We are a small, family-run company providing 24/7 care for children and we have two Ofsted-registered homes rated as 'outstanding in all areas'. We are looking to open a third soon. Our work with young people is 'exceptional'. At the heart of this is our commitment to improving their lives by building relationships and bringing order, calmness and ambition to their lives. What does the job involve? Looking after children and providing a superb home for them where they are valued, cared for, supported, encouraged and nurtured. You need to bring empathy and compassion, the ability to build relationships, and resilience - it's not easy work. It's shift work - two days on (including sleeps) then four days off. What's the pay? It will depend on your background and experience, but our rates of pay are exceptional for this sector. What qualif
